                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT
                   OLSEN HENSLEY TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING
                   SERVICES TO PREPARE A CLOSURE PLAN FOR THE
                   36TH STREET LANDFILL FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($32,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       Piedmont Olsen Hensley to provide engineering services to prepare 

       a closure plan for the 36th Street Landfill for a consideration 
of
       $32,000.00.
